Hello and welcome! I am a mental health therapist (MSW, LICSW) with 18 years of experience in the social work field and 11 years of experience as a therapist. I'm experienced in CBT, person-centered, solution focused, narrative, behavioral, and exposure therapies. I've been trained in TFCBT and experienced in Written Exposure Therapy for trauma treatment. I'm an ADHD certified clinical services provider, and I incorporate play to keep children engaged. Everyone is welcome here!
